Portraits of Phillip Estlund | Luxe

A while back I drove up to West Palm Beach to photograph artist, Phillip Estlund, for his ‘style-makers’ spread in Luxe Interiors + Design magazine.  Phillip’s work is an interesting mix of furniture making-  including wood-working and decoupage, and collage artwork.  All of his work seems to have a fun, mid-century vibe, in which he often incorporates botanical images and illustrations, along with raw materials.

I got to make some fun environmental portraits of Estlund at both his wood-working studio and his home studio, where his little (chihuahua) sketching buddy made a cameo.

Check out Phillip’s work and the portraits I made of him, below.
