In the aftermath of Hurricane Dorian, the Bahamas have really been on my mind.  Bahamians still desperately need our help and I would encourage anyone interested in lending a hand to donate what they can or to volunteer.  I personally donated to an amazing organization, called Third Wave Volunteers.  I am so inspired by the good work they are doing, not just in the Bahamas, but all around the world.

Since tourism is a leading economic driver in the Bahamas, we must continue to travel to and explore these gorgeous islands as well.  That said, I had the good fortune of traveling to Atlantis, Paradise Island for a recent fitness photoshoot for OneSpaWorld.  We hired some local fitness models and got to work in their state-of-the-art facility, where they offer personal training, TRX, boxing, strength training, spinning, and other group exercise classes, lead by Fitness director Jack Chamberlain.
